High Voltage supplies
AD+PNAD

High-voltage power supplies for electrostatic precipitators and filters

HIGH VOLTAGE source in D.C.

  • Up to 180 kVdc / 3000 mA;
  • The high-voltage power supplies manufactured by ADELCO, consist of two units:
    • Control Panel, Measurement and Signaling;
    • Direct Current HV generator, in a sealed tank;
  • Manual or automatic (2 or 3 points) grounding switch, individual or coupled to the generator;
  • The high-voltage control is done by thyristors installed on the low voltage side, which are commanded by a microprocessed automatic regulator that allows dV/dt, di/dt and back-corona controls, as well as the desired Vcc and Icc;
  • INTERFACE with PLC or Computer, with functional screens for operation;
  • Horizontal or vertical T.A. output.

Precimatic 4.0

PRECIMATIC 4.0 is the latest generation controller for electrostatic precipitator control applications. Its technology is based on digital techniques with a high-speed DSP microcontroller, which enables dV/dt, di/dt, and back-corona controls, besides the desired Vcc and Icc. We understand as a control system the set formed by the control panel and the rectifier transformer.

It has a user-friendly HMI interface that allows the user, besides controlling and monitoring the process, to change parameters.

High-voltage AC or DC power supplies for applied voltage tests

HIPOT

Up to 300 kV / 500 kVA

High Voltage Power Supplies (HIPOT's) are specially designed to meet applied voltage tests in motors, transformers, insulators, electrical panels, capacitors, cables, etc.

They can be manufactured as AC Power Supplies, DC Power Supplies or even Dual Power Supplies, that is, supplied AC and DC. These devices can be supplied with Capacitive Bushings, according to the partial discharge level desired and the value of the output HV.
